We have been hearing about this awesome device for the past few weeks and now its finally official. The OnePlus One flagship is now available for purchase at a price starting at $299 for the 16GB version and $349 for the 64GB version.
The OnePlus One comes with a 5.5 inches FHD display fired up by a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor – similar to the one running on the HTC One (M8) – and 3GB RAM. For those who love taking photographs, you may be glad to hear that the device is also equipped with a 13 megapixels rear camera as well as a 5 megapixels front camera. Besides its high-end features, the OnePlus One also has a sleek design with a thickness of just 8.9mm.
Moving on to its software, the OnePlus One will be running on the CyanogenMod 11S – a special version of CyanogenMod 11. This made it one of the first few devices coming with CyanogenMod ROM onboard instead of the original Android software.
The first batch of the OnePlus One smartphone will be sold in the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United States. After which, the device will be heading to other countries as well.
No doubt, we’re one of those who are dying to lay our hands on the OnePlus One flagship as soon as possible.
